I agree. I'm fairly new here but have dealt with various field reimbursement teams in prior companies. There are only one or two people that are doing it right. Whoever the heck is heading this team is an absolute joke. We have heard him on region calls and it's just non-stop negativity and he's so defensive. Someone asked him a simple question and he snapped.

Yeppers! We all talk and it's a joke and a half. No help only stone walling. Please ...we are losing scripts!!!!! We are working and this has become an anchor!
Have spoken to ours and then to other TBMs about what's going on. This team is an absolute catastrophe. They are not doing what they need to do to find answers for us. In some cases there is no communication. I'm done with it and I'm tired of selling and having prescriptions go nowhere. Someone please help!!
