Will it be AH who takes the blame for this? If share price goes down or product doesn’t make it to market... what happens then? Will the brains aka “consulting company” behind this enormous risk be to blame? Someone please shed some light on this for me.
AH is bidding Bill A’s dirty work. Bill did his bit with transformation and then was called back to the motherland to kiss SS’s ring and where he now sends encrypted messages to AH on how to royally destroy the US business. The whole sorted mess has been in the works for several years and this is their slow, methodical rollout to demoralize the troops.
BA simply hates looking at the field force payroll. He can not stand sales people making $200K a year working 2 days a week.
I wonder if he realizes this is industry standard for most all Biotech Field sales people.... The great will go to our competitors and make it their mission to crush Genentech. And I cannot speak for BioOnc but everyone I know (I am not in ONC) works their asses off. A huge loss for GNE.
Absolutely the truth! I was in BioOnc, worked my ass off and left awhile back. Now, I'm working that hard for a GNE competitor and it's making a difference. Markets are shifting and GNE, sadly, is no longer the king of onc but those of us from GNE still have the skills that made the company respected in that space. Yes, we had outstanding products but some of the best in the industry were hired to sell them. A few jerks and slugs crept in but why is GNE always at the top of HCP's lists of best reps? Most of us earned it and will keep earning it for competitors. This was inevitable. Heard BA’s opinion of sales people back during CIP. It was bad back then and has certainly not improved with time.
This is discrimination at its best. We are down to quotas on who we hire. Why don't we just say, whatever percentage of the population your race makes up, that what percentage we will have working here.
