Can’t wait for the fall


The FALL will be harder for some then others big changes ahead! Hope they don’t fix too much really want the poor leaders to stay. As I plan my exit some true competitors are knocking so would like to take advantage of this sh__ show.

I hate to burst your bubble, but if you think there is just one disgruntled employee here, your math is obviously the same math you use for our quotas. 72 people have left in 3 years and so I bet there is more than one person posting.
 






A) that is a lie. Which you are good at. B) the fact that you would even be proud of firing 70 people over three years is another reason you will see a ton of people leave over the next few weeks. The fact you believe Only two people quit in three years is actually not shocking. The ones you did fire and stabbed in the back are actually way better off now and I can’t wait to get out of this mess as well.

No remember you only fire the ones you do not want to pay the LTI or their rightfully earned commissions. I hear you better have good counsel for that one. The rest have quit on you sorry losers.
The new commission plans should be interesting can’t wait to see on how you will continue to pay the CX team more then they are worth and degrade the TMs.

No sour grapes and not sure who you are referring to on this thread. However, Sounds leadership is finally getting called out on the facts my RSD has told me our last 2 years in the row #1 and #2 ranked President Club winners left too. On top of the 70+ TMs this year that resigned too. Guess they couldn’t cut it and this thread clearly shows you have no clue who is unhappy here. I know several of us will be leaving Q1 and sounds like you have some RSDs looking according to my Bardy contact.
 



I’m just here for the @@@@ show. Just to clear up the above- the “real” number one rep left , the favorite number one rep who went home with the first place paper weight was fired for a hipaa violation , the number two rep who totally got robbed and didn’t even get a pen or a pat on the back left for that G medical a few months after the GSM. Rookie of the year Last year never even hit plan. The guy who won TM of the year 2017 also left right after the GSM. Makes a lot of sense. I laugh at the emails we get. None of the rankings make sense. And all of you talking about the LTI- how do we know they didn’t change the rules? I never to this day have seen anything in writing. This place sux. Even having New rep training in Chicago like 4 days before Christmas. You just need to figure out how to play the game or leave. I work 10-1 and maybe leave my house three times a week. I have some other jobs on the side. You can’t find this anywhere else. Blow it out one year and then sit back the next and don’t launch anything- wait for things to reset and blow it out again. That’s what I am about to do.
 






This is awesome I work 2 days a week here and loving my quality of life. Play the game since the ecec management have no clue. I like the revolving door keeps them busy hiring and off my back! It’s great money for what I do. I hear those who left are happy to connect on LinkedIn and tell you their experiences if you are thinking about being hired here. Some have canceled interviews after speaking with them. I personally think this is a great brainless job!

This is exactly the issue. The job attracts two types of TMs. Those that fit mold of the pharma rep, like the last few to post here, or serious, professional sales people that really want to make a difference and build this company by taking our products to the big systems.

Those with the pharma mindset are scared to death to evolve and approach the business in a collaborative fashion. They are afraid that someone will figure out that they are coasting. I hope that leadership catches on. I think they are, which is part of the reason for the turnover. The other reason is that we have crazy goals and if you coast, you may not get paid. That being said, if you can sell and are willing to grow, you can find excellent balance here.
 



Believe what you want. You will see most of us with device experience leave in January like the other smart ones have done. People don’t leave bc they are from the pharma mentality and can’t make it. There are so many like Jolyn and others on the leadership team that could never cover a case in a million years. The spine surgeons/ urologists/ general surgeons of the world would never do business with IRT if these jokers walked in their OR and the first time they threw an instrument at them they would cry in a corner or pull out some scripted study trying to save themselves. Believe what you want. The talented people here have worked in the trenches and will all be gone soon. Some of the people I met in Chicago didn’t even know what side the heart was on. Quit worrying about workflows and train these people so I don’t have to.

Funny, I thought that the real talent was just now arriving to replace all of the out-dated car salesmen and women. I guess time will tell.

BTW everyone knows that the heart is always on the patient's anatomical right side...

Says Dork and Jokelynn who are the outdated never had talent leaders! LOL. KK still has some cleaning up to so. Remember you didn’t get rid of many as most left on their own accord your poor leadership. As many of will in Q1 including more RSDs. The only ones who will be left here are the losers who could never make it in a real medical sales position.
