The one that has that current job order.....and you are considered, and you need a new opportunity.....

today's market with the IT sophistication and linkedin, it is a different world....NO ONE has the OPPS she showed....no one! And she didn't either.....IT IS TIMING IN TODAY'S WORLD

Recruiters don't get you jobs, they get you interviews. At that point the onus is on you to get the job.

All recruiters do their best to find a good match, but you still have to win the job.

I can guarantee that less than 100% of us looking for work provide recruiters with a solid candidate. Cindy can shine up a resume very well, but when you shine up a turd, it's still a turd.

Take a little more responsibility for finding a job, landing the job and KEEPING the job and stop crying like its a recruiter's fault that you are out of work and can't find a job.
 






Spot on. I have worked with Cindy for the past decade. He and a few others are the real deal and highly connected. If your looking for her to get you an interview for a position your not qualified for, it won't happen. She is very careful on who she puts in front of her clients.

Stop posting, Cindy. We already know you do not have the jobs that you keep emailing. Easy enough to check on that with indeed.com--and those jobs never appear. Certainly any reputable company would not bother placing a vacancy with you.

High level jobs do not need a 3rd party. They have internal recruiters and the network with linked in is abundant.

not so fast, ALL RECRUITERS are not the same. some that claim to be recruiters are in fact fronts for something else. fact.
