We’ve never had an RBD go directly to ACL. And, nice to see that everyone who has surpassed you in their career is a “phony/ass kisser”. Typical response.

I will say I really liked Trevor- didn't work under him but he was a great leader. Funny and sharp. That announcement was a bit abrupt, so not sure what happened but wish him well.

Of course this is true. How many RBD's and higher have never even won a COE prior to being placed in RDB role? How can performance be important? They just ignore it in their promotion bio. They won a contest or something...it shows too.

My guess is that the position will be filled by an older black trans woman who identifies as an Asian Muslim. That way novo can check all the boxes and be proud about it.
