Toviaz sucks, PVC hasn't grown in years, Chantix has a negative growth target, and now the company tells you you can't sell pristiq. Good luck to all of you, I'm glad i'm on the other bag.
 
















As with all the recent Pfizer layoffs, being in the wrong place at the wrong time gets you the pink slip. After surviving many layoffs, women's health is the wrong place to be. Unfortunately, placement in the WH group has sealed our fate. The days of using your past three years average ratings are over. Get ready. This will happen really quick.

Yes there are Pristiq DSR's. Maybe my terminology isn't correct, but there are DSRs who call on Psychs with Pristiq and who also call on high value PC docs. Since there are only 30 of them in the whole U.S., it's likely you don't know any of them. I do know one of them, most of them are remnants of the old Psych sales force who got rolled into primary care districts. Now, Pfizer's footprint in Psychiatry is history.

Pfizer left women's health in 2003, only to come back with Wyeth. What's old is new again and the cycle of business continues.

As a former psychiatry rep. this makes me smile. Geno and Liz... you suck! You listened to the Primary Care mismanagers who told you that the psychiatry field force was obsolete, and ignored what 100s of psychiatrists around the country were saying--we want designated Psych reps calling on us. BTW, many of my former customers swore that they would stop using Pristiq because of the way Pfizer was treating its psych team, and I'm sure my part of the South was not unique. I LOVE IT!

You got that right! What value does she bring to Pfizer?! I'm sure she'll have one of the consultants create an outreach message for her to post on PfieldNet that extols how change-agile we are or some such b.s. Maybe she'll quote Churchill again! (Care to bet that she came up w/that reference herself?) And what value are the three clowns--CW, CS, KD--bringing? Ask the 30 dedicated Psych DSRs that apparently just got laid off, barely 6 months into the brave new future!

NONE. but you need babysitters to sit the sitters.

BTW..got email today, a day after it broke on CP.
pfizer cant find its way into the 21 century.
 




The real fear is not the DSR's but the Women's Health Care Reps. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that this AZ announcement is going to effect all the entire Pristiq women's healthcare bag. NO WONDER the change in Severance.. Moral goes down to another LOW.
