Are you kidding me? SS came in and turned the Palmetto Division around in a year. We were nothing and he brought a breath of fresh air and winning attitude. He worked harder and cared about his people more than ANYBODY before. I am absolutely lost, in shock and will miss him very much.

Well it's VERY easy to know who this is. He only had one loser on his team and the rest of us loved him. You have totally isolated yourself and you better not say a damn word to the rest of us at meetings bc you might just get those horse teeth bitch slapped.

YEA!!!!!! Maybe they will take a look at MG and TC in the Panhandle and get rid of those jokers also. Jokers is putting it nicely. What's HM going to do at the next POA without him?

To describe mg as a joker is being real nice. Knew him at AZ. Can someone tell me why CB was terminated? Performance? Or harassment? Knew him because he lives near me in Mt. P in SC.
 






Agreed.. MG and TC must go. They drove out/fired every single rep they had that was worth a damn. It is not a coincidence that all these reps reported the same thing to HR. Clean house.
 






Stop wasting your breath on TC she is the right color and gender and would have to have multiple offenses for HR to consider "letting go" not to mention they would have to find another qualified race/gender to replace somewhere within the company. I am currently employed w/ Forest mgmt (not in sales) but it is sad that there is a strong push for minority leaders. Who cares? We need the best person in the role and that is not always a Male/Female/Black/White/Asian etc... Sad but true.
