This division has turned to shit and I am finally out of here! Not the same Job as when I started and definitely not the same pay! Hang on to your maintenance checks, they are fading away just like our total comp!

Get over yourself! The new products are a laughing stock and we would have not even considered them Access worthy products 3-4 years ago. When we acquired Statlock they didn't say we would become Statlock-like reps. Powerglide sucks, gaurdiva is a joke, and PICCS continue to drop.

We have become an entry level job and we only have tenured reps because they are too old to move
 






Anyone see Secureacath in their accounts. It's starting to get some traction and I am hearing more hospitals considering an evaluation on it???? Looks complicated but it apparently works well
 


















Powerglide is good idea but bad product. Like Solo, good idea bad product and throw in needle guides for prevue. And then you have statlock, once a good product but Bard got greedy when it was at BMD and really did not develop new products and kept raising the prices. Not sure how much "real" sales there really were between the kit packers and hospitals. I am working my ass off to save the accounts that I have but not getting paid for it. My DM keeps riding my ass about the down accounts wish we could focus those efforts on something that is growing.
 






The question is: what's growing? PICCS are flat at best for the 3rd year in a row, PG sucks, SL sucks, PAK are ok, capital is same as always, scrub a dub- do we still have this product!?

I can tell you one thing that isn't growing and that's my bank account!

StatLock is a Basset Hound competing at the GreyHound track. Are you kidding me? The last product update was done the day after Moses parted the Red Sea. Securement devices are evolving...Statlock hasn't and isn't and will be left behind!!
 






You can evolve something that is perfect! Name another device that reduces "micro-motion" inside the vessel! *insert sarcasm

CrapLock had its day. Amazing how may customers use it despite their angst for a dated platform. I think Bard in general is falling apart because of Angiodynamics and MedComp taking them apart daily in every US market.

Your information about angio and medcomp is inaccurate. Don't take my word for it go onto the angio website and read the earnings conference call transcript. Your territory is probably doing poor because you are a shitty sales rep, or you don't have a fucking clue what you are talking about.
 






Angio D? Really - we are hurting ourselves. the fact we don't have a coating becomes a bigger issue day by day. Arrow has had a coating for 3 years and Angio D for one year. The interest from customers is increasing and we keep throwing out that a complete kit is the solution. That is a joke right?
