Many DMs have already shared this with reps. They knew the time frame when ABDs were announced.

The odd part is the lag time between RDs knowing and DMs knowing.

Sounds right. DMs/reps find out August 5-10 or so. The lag is strange.

This time table sounds about right. Do you think you'll have the option to accept an offer or decline an offer in favor of severance? Or, will it simply be a stay home or go to work phone call? Any chance to interview to fight for your job? Hard to believe July is over and in less than 4 weeks everyone will experience some real excitement, good and not so good.

My fingers are still crossed for earlier, but this sounds right. 2nd work week of August....

This schedule of the week of August 18th for DMs and reps will be announced very soon. It may be moved back but not forward.source is very reliable.
 
















This thread has been the best, most informative and accurate one that I have seen on this site. Thanks to the posters who have put the information out there.

Question - Does anyone know what the severance packages will include for those in the 13 percent? and if you want to go get the severance package and leave, will they take volunteers or can you ask your manager or HR to place your name on the 13 percent list?

No volunteers for severance and the number will be higher than 13%
