Buyout offers?

there will be no buyouts for sales reps. this was decided a few years back to reduce costs. sorry but true. gsk is not the best to work for so get out if you have any reservations going forward. gsk has dropped to second tier big pharma status. SAD. it's a reality. knowing that, go where you must or stay. just know, this is not a place to stay for long and grow your career.

You are a dedicated sh1ll my man. The entire thread is about another company buying GSK and your response is about buyouts for sales reps? You need better scripts.

Haven't people been saying this for years? Is there any reason to think it really could happen (or start to happen) within the next 6 months? Outside of cafepharma, I see nothing.

Elliott were always right and the GLT knew it, what an absolutely arrogant sacrifice to reject the £50 Billion offer from Unilever.

All shareholders have been let down.
Time to break it up and sell to highest bidder
I hold stock in Unilever, and it cratered when that gsk buyout offer was announced. At first I freaked and asked “what the hell could drop UL’s share price like that?”
When I soon found out it was the idiotic decision to attempt to buy gsk, the answer was clear, as everything gsk touches turns to shit. Now I’m more wary of all British companies

Not all British companies are shit. AstraZeneca, for example, has been among the best in biopharma.
