True - so underpaid! Salary over 30% under Biologic reps that only have one drug, not 7! Only reps with Top accounts make money here, they don’t even work. Smaller markets can’t make anything. Numbers suck here- good reps leaving.

The change in reps comp won’t be needed. Abbvie will bump about 80% of Allergan personnel. They’ll get a 16 week severance from Abbvie.

That is a pathetic severance plan that Abbvie has for its employees. Allergan’s severance will stay in place for 2 years after Abbvie acquires Allergan. Can you read?? The documents were made public. It’s not 16 weeks, I assure you. Therefore it might make sense to lay-off the Abbvie reps if the severance is only 16 weeks!

Funny you say that because I am top 10 percent with a presidents club under my belt. I don't care if I do get laid off I'll just take that severence.

You know what is great? I'm only a couple years out of college with a couple hundred grand saved and can switch careers if I need to.

You better hope the industry doesn't keep consolidating because it's dinosaurs like you who are going to get left out in the cold with kids, a mortgage, and debt up to your eyeballs with no other skills. How about that "hotshot"? Better dust off that brag book old fart.
