Hey SJM, don't forget about your Atlas devices falling over with dead batteries and compromised therapy. Occurence rates 20x the BSX stuff. With your nonexistent post-market surveillance system, this probably means that the actual rate is 5-10%.

Apart from the worlds greatest rep, of course, who's seen off 5 STJ reps. Accidental comic genius that he is.
I believe that part of this is due to the fact that in many places the clinicians are just starting to get communication from their local SJM reps on their lead platform problems. We have a doc who had a patient death (failed shock) last year that has yet to get any of the SJM letters. Many clinicians are only recently coming to grips with the magnitude of this problem. Good luck in Q2. Locally, clinicians have only just started to move away from the entire SJM HV platform.
