BSH is a mess

Once the RSM restructuring process concludes, will the remaining RSMs begin to engage with us as respected professionals, or will this situation exacerbate their job insecurity?

They took the "WE > ME" thing so far, half the "WE" got fired. Now ME’s paycheck can't buy a snickers bar, and the rest of WE is living in a disaster movie sequel. It's like they tried to make teamwork a thing, but all they ended up with was a group therapy session.

ABD. Honestly, I’m surprised there’s any of them left. Now with only 8 RSMs they should be reporting directly to VP.

Lot of complaints about RSMs on here, where do you think they are getting their marching orders from? If you think for a second some of them don’t push back on the ABD’s absurd asks you should look back at the turnover on RSM side before this last round of reductions.

Good point. Have the ABD's been pushing back on the VPs? Has the VP push back on president? Has president pushed back on Essex? In your opinion which level isn't pushing back and creating the unrealistic expectations and billions of reports?
