Yeah, but if you back out the ones that scammed the comp plan by filling scripts, fraudulent use of vouchers, and Rx reassignments to Puerto Rico did anyone actually win?

Hey, my manager use to have s sit in offices all day long calling and getting prior auths done for offices who wouldn't do them. We knew it was against hippa and policy but it made us tons of bonus( highest ever paid out) and lots of recognition, awards and promotions. Do hate. We just beat the system, you were to stupid. Applaud S. fl.

I'm a recent graduate here in Knoxville. I recently heard about the opening in Knoxville.
I've been at it for a while and really want to break into sales. Any advice ? I have a contact but I'm looking for the help and mentoring I can get. Thanks
 






Here is what BS is good for. Once a year he meets with each region and you have to rank your reps from 1-10. He will ask you how ready your 1's are to be promoted and what is your disciplinary plan to motivate/fire your 9-10's. Try to keep HR out of it bc I don't want ANY involvement with them and I will not stand up for you and will only do what my daddy Jerry tells me to do. Thanks and go get'em guys.
 






I have had many meetings with him, if he is not leaving early to get his haircut he is answering his phone and texting. Then thanking us for coming to knoxville since it is so hard on him to get around to everyone. Nice guy, bad job fit!

I would suggest he keep an eye on the lack of morale brought about by his mgmt team and take action steps to prevent it as it contributes to lack of productivity and higher turnover. Neither of which is beneficial. Send out truly annonymous surveys to reps regarding their DM and ensure they stay annonymous. I bet you will have a lot of good information you would never get from your DM and will keep you more in tune with your area.

Stop hating. BS is good guy. Leads by example. Lets us train are reps the way we feel fit. This has led to many PC wins for me and many reps in my division. My state never had any PC winners then we had dozens in the mid too late 2000s. BS is a huge part of are success.

It's the DMs that are ruining it all! I agree with everything you said! Too much politics being played around here!! If they only knew the truth about the Dms. And when HR finds out stuff....they do nothing to the Dms. No way too live!
 












Be smart if BS would bring in all new Mgrs and along with a new vision and work environment. DM's lie on evals and to BS regularly. Always cover their backside first. Maybe rank the DMs 1-10 based on anonymous evals from reps? The ones in the field in Area 3 are worthless. Rank them and run them out. Most of them take rep ideas and run to BS with them anyway. They don't have an original idea between them and just complain to Reps about all of the Administrative work they have to do 24/7. As if they work so hard. Mine would show up maybe for Breakfast one day and lunch the next and that's a 2 day ride along. Then fill my eval with filler and give an arbitrary number. Pretty hilarious this person is evaluating my performance in the field.
 






U r right. These lazy clowns have been here in S Fl so long, they are living on the luck of Medicaid wins which got these untalented people awards that they did nothing to deserve them. They have cried to us about how much work they have and why we should feel sorry for them. I don't know one rep who respects or has ever learned anything of value from any of they monkeys. They are way over paid, way under worked, way over valued. Lets have selling contests vs these idiots at the next POA and see how the work under pressure. Remember, NONE, of these were ever respected or successful reps. BS, wake up. We need fresh ideas down here. These robots do nothing but collect pay checks-
