The days of our company being the leader in the lab industry as far as service and quality are now a thing of the past. As many of you know, the people who left, lost business, lost opportunities, people being questioned, and the overall culture of the company has been lost. It will only get more magnified once earnings for Opko are released. However it is not the fault of Opko, it is the old leadership, the 5 or 6 people that put all of us in this position for their own personal gain. Unfortunately, this is the same thing that goes on at all companies when they are taken over by larger institutions. Especially when the company being bought did business in much the same fashion as we did. Everything and everything was always on the table and discussed. We grew this business on the technique of "anything goes". This way of doing business eventually hits you in the ass and brings organization to their knees.
Does anyone feel that i have exaggerated or maybe not telling the full story?
