I hope so!! Don't mean to be ungrateful, but this job is insane!!!

It is insane that we still send multiple people into offices that never see a single rep. They won't see one of us so maybe if we send in four they will see more of us. Clue, they don't see us because they feel we waste their time and are a nuisance so let's piss them off even more and send in four. Brilliant.

Yes but if the reps are wearing hospital scrubs the doctors will look at them like they are their peers, and because of that, respect them more and listen to what the representatives have to say.

HR insider here.....all reps known to wear scrubs will be “managed “ out....no severance....a lot less expensive than severance....think about it...it is confirmed..

then they should wear long white coats or really shabby jackets.
 








Heard from a Regional Manager yesterday that AZ is EXPANDING their Medical Affairs team in CV/Diabetes. Not sure how true this could be but it flies in the face of what is happening on the ground. Interesting...…

Agree! No respectable company device, pharma, or other endorses wearing scrubs to a Doctors office. There are exceptions, but reps do it anyway!
