BRAD clueless







Brad is not a good leader. No idea how he is still here. He does not resonate with anyone. Just talked to my DM. They are demoralized and tired of the non stop dumpster fire. Upper management are clueless how to motivate a team. RD's are useless and helpless. DM's are glorified senior reps. Reps are burnt out and are losing faith in leadership. They better turn this shit around quick. Wait, a contest will fix it!
 












This is the worst pharma company I've ever worked for inmy entire career as a rep. Top to bottom this place is a circus with Brent and Brad being the biggest clowns of the show. That is why you will continue to hemorrhage reps and lose market share. Look around you, the titanic is sinking and all are jumping over board. This is a cut throat culture and hard working reps are going to be forced out soon.
Not to mention A.S. Hitting on all the hot reps male and female.

Have you not noticed the management follows his lead. The admin people follow his lead, training dept follows his lead, everyone follows him around bowing down to all night Brad
 
























I’ll explain this in basic terms…
The company is a boat.
Everyone follows the Captain’s lead and direction.

You don’t start rowing at your own pace, or turn the rudder on your own. To reach company goals we have to be on the same page.

Don’t know why people call it a Cult. This is basic business. Go to any company and everyone follows the lead from upper management.

It’s why I left. Fear and constant persecution is their leadership strategy and some managers seem to love enforcing it. How does Brad question why anyone is leaving? If they don’t get rid of Brad soon, the ship will sink

if the investors see anything that comes from Brad to the DMs or look at the cultural ISSUES he has created, they are liable to back out of the deal. If they go through with the deal, they dump Brad immediately.

Exactly, trying to have an adult conversation with him, unless it’s football of course, is impossible. If you give any honest feedback on what’s happening in the field, he doesn’t want to hear it. There is absolutely no point in even trying. Just keep your head down and do your job.

Just look into why he was dismissed from his last company! He just can’t control what comes out of his mouth!
 






Brad is a horrible leader. End of story. There's no excuse. He is clueless and inept. This opinion is, 'not personal, it's just business'. We have decent products and if upper management just left the field alone for 2-3 weeks, without any of the extra BS focus on various other curricula, maybe we could focus on the selling for a second. Brad is the worst upper management, micro-manger I've ever seen. He emasculates the RDs, who does not let the DM's have any say or provide input and reps feel like they are pieces of very expendable meat. All unhealthy. The worst part is that Brad seems to have full, unbridled reign on all decisions, and they all seem to bring the same result, driving the sales team further and further from caring. Brad has to go. Yolande might have to as well. She has been MIA and ineffective as well. The ship is being steered by a literal incompetent captain. I wish someone with power to make changes heard us because if there is no course correct, this place will sink. I hope it does not come to that.
 






This is the most true statement I have seen on CP. Worst micro-manager is an understatement. The 83 speaker programs we have to do every quarter, with all of the other reps being required to do them too, is an absolute shit show. We don’t look like confident reps, doing a program for a legitimate business need. We all look like a bunch of incompetent clowns. It’s embarrassing!
 


















If only this leadership would just let us get out and do our jobs we are paid to do (vs. all this busy work that has nothing to do w/getting our numbers to goal) our numbers would go up. And enough with these dinner programs. Most of the time I am begging my doctors to go as a favor. I feel I’m back in the 90’s with this leadership team and their decisions.
