Please explain. I'm thinking about interviewing. Got through the phone screen and have a f2f scheduled next week. I've got a few other things lined up so this isn't the only horse in the race. I'd just like some more details about what I'll sign up for.

Managers are living in a dream world! They still think that m/c is a smokescreen and that drugs are sold on science. No room for creativity! Just a complete joke. This company used to be a great company to work for...I don't what went wrong.
I've been here for almost 8 months. It's the same as any other parma co. if you don't like it get out of the industry. Otherwise just do the best you can and don't sweat the stuff that's out of your control.
Had I known that my manager was going to hit on me on every ride along I never would've taken this job. He is so unprofessional it's embarassing ! I need the $ now, but as soon as I can find another position I'm calling hr and getting out of this unethical place. My co-workers are doing "fake" pods and want me to go along with it to boost our numbers. What the _____ is wrong with these people ?

ok clearly this person got fired for being a dumbass or hopefully was never hired in the first place. As a 6 year Veteran at DSI I can agree with most all of what is being said in this thread above. I would never defend DSI, but it was a great company at one-time. In fact, I'm most likely one of the "very few" who can say they sold the same drugs in different parts of the country as a PC2 and 3. This company Regionally is completely different. If you can stay away from Sherman's riegn you may have a chance ranked 80-125. Other than that good luck!

Another of the very few veteran reps left here on the west coast, you are right on with the Sherman Tank's wake of destruction. We survived the million dollar loss out here while he either ran you in the ground or ran you off.
Since I am not white but asian and work hospital arena I feel very fortunate to be out of the line of fire of the PODS ISSUE thats been brewing with the FDA...but please tell me more on the FBI, that is a new twist on DSI scandal, do tell!
I have to agree the Midwest office is dysfunctional and unfortunately it works it way down to the reps. BS has a reign of terror and JM is only happy to do his dirty work.
