Amen to that! Took about a week to get used to the idea and shake the feeling of betrayal, but I am so looking forward to moving on without BL and am actually quite excited about it.

Get over it! The lay offs and closings were neccessary to insure my economic future not yours! No matter what your position or title was or how irreplaceable you thought you were, you were ONLY an employee. Your work "was" needed not you personally. So, get over it!
