Rumor has it that PS met with them in Chicago.
He did. He took shitty data with him trying to once again attempt to portray the sales force as being inaffective. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the sales force is out trying to repair relationships and clean-up the repercussions of PSs year long strategy and IC failures that caused a significant loss in patients.

Curious if the new leadership did their own analytics to see through that? Seems that’s been the issue from the get go. Pointing out the obvious on data, IE) NBRX not accurate, and no one cares.

-Hiring freeze
- Not a word from new leadership to the field since the NSM.
- IC plan that could be the worse yet.

Something is definitely brewing, reorganization seems likely.

If leadership actually understood what’s been happening in the market, perhaps then they would comprehend that the impact on the business is from increasing costs. We need more than a Hail Mary here. There have been many moving parts that these offices are tired of from a market perspective, that being shortages, IT hack, increasing copay card cost, that their all jumping ship. There may be a small pop in numbers but all the hard work so many of us have done is gone. Nothings been resolved, the pharmacy issues still remain and no one takes accountability for the failed decisions. There are no more touchdowns. Game over. So disappointing because we could’ve really had a shot.

I had hope. Until they acknowledge what they did to this company, nothing will change. One year of allowing Marketing to dictate who is called on and comp has destroyed everything. I guess we are reaping what Marketing and leadership sowed—consequences for actions that can't be fixed overnight. It's over. Great business case for Harvard Business Review featuring how to destroy a company in less than 365 days.

This right here is the issue, but no one will admit it. Not one leader. The RDs know. Ask them.
