A few have inquired to HR about this issue and it is not being adjusted. If you’re in the first wave, you totally got the shaft. Third wave got more than double the shares just bc they were hired a few weeks later.

Try triple man. I didn’t start until March because I was in the fence about the job, they gave me over 1600 shares

Culture is just a buzzword, and every start up is claiming that’s what they offer.

In 6 months we are going to find out if it was either 1. They didn’t care about culture or 2. They had no idea how to create it.

Look around, you have a lot of 1st time VPs, directors, etc. Who let these people guide the company policy when they’ve never done it before?

No negotiations on salary? A strict scale that doesn’t account for prior performance or salary? Health benefits below industry average? They didn’t even insure reps on day 1. Below average car options but above average “Personal contribution” fee? An equity plan that failed miserably already creating tension/jealousy amongst teams?

This is just the compensation package , I’m nervous to see how they treat us if we are below expectations for sales, metrics, etc.

You dreamers...this gig won’t last too long. These investors are bleeding loads of money and this launch like this company is doomed!

enjoy the next 6 months, before the PIPs start. Drug is a dog and there are how many generic?? every insurance plan will force doc to use all the junk first. Drug companies are going to have a hard time pushing meds for the next few years. no access, poor coverage. , patients who don't go to office.
