Bonus

How many weeks of "daily decreases in SRFs" will it take before Tom / Harvey / Frost realize that the sales force is pissed off about the Q2 (don't forget Q1 also sucks) bonus plan?

The Top Person probably will not hit 50 scripts for Q1.

One size does not fit all. All do not territories have the same reimbursement opportunity. Base the quotas on actual covered stage 3, 4 lives. How hard is that? As it stands, a small territory with dense population with coverage is going to win. Why are you penalizing territories with unequal coverage?

How bad do you think the Q1 commissions will be screwed up?

Do you think they will tell us the dollar amount prior to depositing the checks next Friday? Or will it be another Opko surprise?

How much math was involved? No one made 50 scripts.

It is already obvious that the SRFs are decreasing. The same doctors are on the report every week. I doubt that the Ivory Tower in Miami has looked at the number of physicians sending in SRFs compared to the number of SRFs being sent in by the same physicians. They are too concerned with keeping the costs down instead of motivating the sales force with positive reinforcement.

It doesn't look like the Top Rep will make 104 prescriptions in Q2.

The #1 rep didn't even acheive the 75 prescriptions needed to make the $1875.00 MBO. If the #1 rep won't make $7500.00 what chance do the other reps have?

The Top rep had 58 prescriptions and was the only rep to achieve the require 52 prescriptions to make the full MBO for scripts. ONE rep out of 35 reps. WTF.

How motivated are the RSS going to be if only 1 person reached the "uncapped bonus"?

You are confusing Q1 (75 minimum to meet the target) with Q2 (52 minimum to achieve a payout - original plan) compensation plans. I understand the confusion since the comp plan is a moving target.

Sounds like a loooot of bitching:confused: and not a lot of working:mad:. Got pull your finger out your ass:oops:, wipe it off and get them numbers up:mad:. More work less finger play. Lol:D lol:) lol:D

The Top Rep did not make 100% prescription payout in Q1.
The Top Rep is not going to make 104 prescriptions and achieve the max payout in Q2.
Management is "investigating" the lack of performance in Q2 (OC had plenty of denials). Maybe we will learn more on the next Town Hall.

Two weeks left in the quarter and we still don't know how the RSS are getting paid. WTF.

The Top Rep only has 67 prescriptions for this quarter. Do you really think this person is going to gain another 40 prescriptions to make a total of 104 to achieve the total payout? Doubtful.
What's the big deal about paying everyone culmulatively? There is plenty of money left over from Q1 since no one got paid squat in Q1 plus the people they fired didn't get paid and the 2 reps that quit won't get paid for Q2. The money is there. STOP screwing the reps and we will be motivated to produce more prescriptions.

Bricks for new medical schools are very expensive.

After today's devastating news, it will be hard for anyone to make any money. You will spend 20 minutes explaining what Rayaldee actually is versus an analog.
