They want access to our computer system> Did you know Vivus managers cannot see our calls and info in our system? Interesting now they claim they need to see for bonus payout. Maybe they are starting to look into our call activity instead of the mirror.

Don't know what you mean by lack of activity? But, i get your point... It feels like we are all working endless days and countless hours. I know our managers work even more and for the first time in my career i see it at all levels of field management. I got an email from our RSD at 400am, was cc'd on the reply from my DM by 530 and was in the field from 8am to 10pm with my RSD who came in because I asked him if he would help me with a tough customer. I love the people here and love the drug. It just feels like it is never enough.

Hell no!!!!! We have been duped by both companies.Micro-managed like big pharma but without any of the benefits. Poor pay,small vacation and enough BS to make Novartis look good again.
 


















Vivus is driving the train. They put restrictions on when you can take vacation. Then when you can take vacation, you have too many programs booked to take vacation.

Low pay, overworked, zero job security, micromanagement by koolaid drinking DMs.....

Disaster.
