Hey, I don't work for Shire anymore, but I did when this happened. Whether it was intentional or not, this is true. The bonus plan was rolled out incorrectly by KK on stage. Instead of standing by what was originally rolled out, it was changed to a lesser plan. Do I think it will happen again? Not really, but what is concerning about it is the lack of owning up and just doing what's right by paying it out the original way it was shown. Past leadership has always gone back and modified a plan in the reps favor if average targets weren't hit, or if a mistake was made.

You said it right there. Previous "leadership" What you have now is not anything close to leadership. Furthermore, KK will NEVER own up to it because she is a textbook narcissist and they NEVER admit when they are wrong, because in their mind they are NEVER wrong.

Serious people who go by the book? Oh you mean like Kathy? The one who breaks compliance rules daily and then cries to Perry to "call off the dogs" when our legal group cracks down on her. She is a walking law suit who has been called to the carpet multiple times yet still continues with her antics.

Or maybe it's you, the one who expenses their cell phone yet uses it 95% of the time for personal calls and text messages from their friends? How about all of the company paid gas you waste in additional to the mileage you are racking up all under the company dime? And before you cry that you pay taxes on that car, ask yourself this: "Do you really, I mean really, truthfully disclose all of your personal miles on your expense report?" I'll wait for your answer.

Don't let all this troll talk sidetrack you... I am a real employee. Most of the things said on here about Kathy are true. Some of them exaggerated. She did lie about our bonuses. Shire is a good company though so don't be afraid. You really don't have to deal with Kathy at all on a daily basis. Perform and she will like you. I like that about her. That being said just because she likes you doesn't mean she is going to do any favors for you. Shire overall is a great place to work.
