Bonus for sales reps Flem?

Flem announced a 134% bonus multiplier for corporate. I'm happy for them. How about rewarding your sales force now? We did have a part in that success right? Can we get a bonus? We didn't even get a holiday card this year let alone a gift. Those thing do matter. As our CEO, are you aware KK stood in front of us at a national sales meeting and rolled out a bonus plan and plastered it on the big screen in the auditorium at the hotel. We all cheered. Two weeks later without apology she backed out of it. That reversal affected a huge number of sales reps and we haven't forgotten. That took money we earned away from us. Maybe Perry or our new leader Kevin will step up and do the right thing and honor the plan we were originally promised. I truly am happy for the bonus corporate is receiving but feel it is wrong not to reward those who are out their pushing the products and driving revenue as well. How about throwing us a bone Flem? BringIng the entire sales force to Orlando for a meeting isn't the bone we want. Leaders you hire honoring their word would be a nice start.

I would assume that corporate also already gets a bonus for "doing their job" as well as the multiplier is an additional % of said bonus. So I believe the question is why field sales doesn't get an additional somethings as well.

I can't sit quiet anymore. Is this person real? You must be from corporate and are celebrating today. I am not whining. I am happy you are being rewarded as well, but why not reward the salesforce too. I am not a troll. I witnessed her promise firsthand. I do produce for this company and have for a long time. I qualified for the bonus she promised unfortunately I was just under 102% so missed out on her "revised" bonus like so many others. Get a life if you have an issue with good hard working reps being disappointed.

You should be embarrassed about how stupid you are. Go back and get your G.E.D. That is the whole point. We didn't get what was promised at the NSM for doing our job over 100%.
For those considering joining the eye division. Shire truly is a good company and you will have a great product. Your leader Kathy is a lying snake who couldn't succeed in most of our territories but has climbed the corporate ladder and is responsible for a sales force. A loser probably Kathy herself will post after this and call me a troll. I'm not. I've been with Shire for almost a decade and have never witnessed anything like this lady. Wait until you see her on stage at the NSM. Miracles do happen. Yes that uninspiring, fake, low energy lady holds a high position in the company. Hold your breath and cross your fingers when she announces your bonus plan in Orlando next month. She could change it on you like she did to us. I still can't believe Shire didn't step up and honor what we were told .

I wonder if Kathy gets the home office bonus? I'm sure good old Perry will make a special case for her but then again she insisted on making the VP job field based so she can stay on her turnip truck in KC. My bet is she gets a little pocket lining out of this and leaves her old team high and dry. Again.

How much complaining would there be on this topic if the multiplier was less than 100%?
Where have you been? This has been an issue since KK reneged on the bonus... not a new problem. Good for corporate and their bonus. They earned it. We helped them earn it and should be rewarded as well. Not complaining.... it is stating the obvious to everyone except those that supposedly are "ALWAYS" on our side. Thanks KK and PS.

I would settle for simply receiving this money in a reasonable timely manner. This company drags its feet when paying people.
