Once you're at BI, you're stuck, like a roach motel. Your career in pharma goes down the drain. You can either leave pharma altogether (like the other poster in this thread) or stay at BI until you die, keeping the same measly 60,000 dollar salary per year for the rest of your life.
ex-BI people are unemployable, unless you decide to go into the wal-mart door-greeter business afterwards.

This person is on point. No one hires someone who has 3 team mates, 5 co promotes, and a reach and frequency mentality. BI reps are robot drones complaining about no where to go on a Friday because they saw all their targets already. You have to leave and sell copiers then go forward again.
