LOL! What a joke. You don't even explain what you mean by "BI is way better"? I've worked at several pharma companies before. For your information, BI offered me a better contract and salary but I REFUSED, and instead went elsewhere, I now have MUCH greater responsibilities, working together with people who aren't so braindead and incredibly incompetent as BI fools. Face it, BI is the lowest of the low in pharma, it's not even a "real" pharma company. The ones who stay at BI are idiots such as yourself who are unskilled and incompetent, and can't find a job at any other company. The good ones who were at BI all leave eventually. That is a fact. Now go and wallow in your self-pity and jealousy, knowing the fact that you could never dream of making it anywhere else due to your shallow caveman-like mentality.

This is America, Skippy. I guess you call elevators "lifts" and apartments "flats"? Now, please use spell check.
I left bi for medical device sales. Since I worked 9 hour days, have half a brain, and won pc two times, bi was a strong entry on my resume. Consequently, thanks to bi and my work ethic, I am in my dream job. Which bi did you work for? Oh that's right, you only worked the job part time. Obviously the problem on your resume isn't bi. The problem is your lazy, entitled, idiotic name on the top of it.
BI is for people that can't think on their own and must be told how to sell. I left awhile ago and BI on my résumé kept me from getting a good job. I took a part time sales gig, worked until noon at BI and got a good job later. BI is a joke.
Very well said. Most people in the real pharma business have no clue about BI, and those that do, have a very bad impression about BI. BI is a black hole on your resume, no question about that. I have been away from BI for just 4 months and already have 100x more responsibilities and exposure to the "real" pharma world, and not the pathetic playground atmosphere that BI offers its slaves.

I've only been at BI a few years, and was at 3 other pharma companies over the last 12 years. Won PC at three of them, and doing well at BI. BI is NO different than other big pharma companies, and the smaller ones are run by ex-big pharma execs, so they're the same only less stable. You don't have 100 x the responsibility now, and its not amazing where you are. You just are bitter about BI, and soon you'll be unhappy where you are now...it's just in your nature. Try and let it go and move on
One significant difference between the drugs is that both Eliquis and Xarelto were studied using a single-drug approach for acute use in the hospital and for continued use afterwards. By contrast, dabigatran was studied in patients after they had received parenteral anticoagulants and is indicated for use following treatment with a parenteral anticoagulant for 5 to 10 days. It can also be used in people who have been previously treated for VTE.
