The pay sucks. This was only mitigated the first year of Auvi-Q relaunch with generous bonuses. You can do better and many of us have found much greener pastures after leaving Kaleo.

I knew the first two reps. They both were good and built a good business. No matter what they did it was never enough. Both left for better opportunities and more money.

People are leaving, have left and will continue to leave. This job isn’t easy (especially with covid), if it was Auviq would sell itself and it doesn’t. Either teams are over half new or completely new altogether. There are like 3 reps that have been here since it’s launch 5 years ago. 105 reps total at 50% turnover rate.
