Doc owns the new building and is screwing AIT over on the rent. He keeps raising it to the point where we can't afford to be in the building anymore. That's why we're moving.

You're correct... any slumlord would gladly gouge their tenants for as much as they could. Especially if he not only owns the land, but the company too.
