Bob

Bob is the man. Thank god he is getting rid of the dead weight.

Dead weight? Really? Have you noticed how many job postings are listed on their website? Who is going to train all of these new people? And tell me, if 70% of the billing department is outsourced then why do you need a project manager and two different "managers" in-house to manage that department? Doesn't look like the sales positions are getting filled very quickly either.

Sounds like you were some of the dead weight! Open positions are due to poor sales performance and those individuals have been dealt with. Time to fill those positions with people who can sell!

That's a fat, stinky, pile of Bob right there. Open positions are due to entering new markets in a desperate attempt to SELL MORE.

Open positions are due to hoping reimbursements to increase, bad coverage and meat and cheese.

It is a whole lot of boring, depressed, and job surfing on company time here... Everybody that's even remotely marketable is either gone or on their way out. Those openings on their website aren't for new positions, they're backfills for the folks hitting the exits. I have a third interview next week, so I'm out of here soon too!
