Hey a hole, BB is a terrific guy, fantastic leader and person. Huge loss to Amgen. He has nothing to do with KS. Everyone loves Bob. you obviously don't know him.
 






Well I know Bob, and he is not very skilled, except in playing politics. You must be inside the 'club'. A perfect example of Amgen culture, if your not one of the chosen, then you're an ahole. No true trust and respect, just political BS. Well, Bob's political capital ran out, so he is out. Long time coming.

If he is so fantastic and a huge loss for Amgen, what has he been doing the past 10 years while the company was going to hell in a hand basket? Nothing to do with KS, you are dreaming, how do you think he got to where he is then.

I second the ahole comment. you don't know Bob. He is long time Amgen and represents what Amgen once was. You a) are not an old timer b) don't know him or don't work at Amgen

Bob was a clown for the executive board. Brought humor mixed with poor communication, with a layer of second guessing. Seemed as if he was smart (he was) with a vision for the future. However, he simply figured out that if he just asked a lot of questions about others' ideas, he was able to demonstrate "brilliance".

Kevin S. liked to play golf with the guy as Bob gave him "insight". Bob was 100% politician - 80% bullshit, 20% intuitive.

Bob's a nice guy, just given too much credit. Not too much credit though, as he hit his ceiling.
 






























Isn't he the same guy that put on a colleague's sport jacket that was too small and started singing "fat guy in a skinny jacket" or something like that? Heard he tore the sport jacket at the seams with that stunt. He also tipped a golf cart over at an Amgen Masters golf tournament.

Yes. Great guy no talent but funny as hell. He can hit the ball a mile on the golf course. He knows how to use that gut
