After the meeting week and an announcement next week the sales force will look completely different...1-2 areas cut and 6-10 RBD’s cut, KAM’s and TBS cut based on needs of geographies...now that notes are in on 217 and at least 3 years out the commercial structure needs to be very nimble to survive until then. This is a fact so hopefully you are close to landing somewhere soon because the shits about to hit!

This is scary if it’s true. Many people were hoping to hang on until they work out the kinks, so will be a shock to some if they make these kinds of reductions. Also, 6-10 RBD’s seems like a lot to cut! Would love to know the source of this info. Also, 3 years out for 217 seems like they have to go back to the beginning and start over with the studies. Any word on when this info will be made public?

Is there enough $ for Sage to go on for 3 years? They’ll have to make bigger cuts than that.

I hope I’m wrong but overheard this here last week in Cambridge. They say it’s closer to 6 RBD’s but it’s at least 1 Area Director, minimum 6 RBD’s but the range was 1-2 area and 6-10 RBD’s and TBS and KAM’s will be cut based upon needs as they haven’t been getting back filled...unfortunately 217 has to do a whole new phase 3 so efficacy and periodic dosing FDA wants defined parameters and not pie in the sky parameters like Sage had before...it’s going to be a lot rockier Sage for the next few years

I forgot to add the 27 or so MSL’s will be cut down between 9-12, RAM’s, TAD’s, and GaD’s will be cut by half as well. I told you all week if March 9th for the longest time but everyone called BS. We’ll be ready! And severance packages are not generous as laid out in hiring documents

so what is the severance???
 








So 2 to 4 weeks severance based on time with company but what about Q1 Bonus payout which is April 30? Will they pay it? Even if it's a prorated amount if we are let go before April 30?

I'm wondering about home office head count?

Did anyone really think that with a failed study we wouldn't have to do more? That the FDA would accept a bunch of post hoc data analysis ?
