yes and everything that goes with ego's. We cannot see the damage we have done with most customers. They do not like us and we are a target. Why did Kerecis get bought? We were in the mix and they selected them. Why? They see more with them than us. Look t our stock, this shows their is a lack of confidence in our company.

Organo is far from the worst company in this space. Mimedx has a far worse company reputation, and many of the distributor companies like legacy do too. Kerecis was purchased because it made more financial sense. Coloplast is a global company that would like to sell a skin substitute globally, which means it needs to be able to still make money in markets that are less rich than the US, whether Europe/China/India/LATAM. And if physician office gets bundled like HOPD, it can work economically with that situation as well. Kerecis offered that ability since fish skin is super cheap and has no religious prohibitions. Did coloplast overpay, and is marigen a shit graft; yes on both accounts.

The rampant abuse in this space will mean synthetics and xenografts dominate in the long term

Miragen is a Kerecis/Coloplast product and likely wont sell. You probably mean mirragen, the boron glass graft. Definitely an option, as its poorly run

I’ve been here as a rep for 14 years. Been through several RSMs, ADSs, and territory splits. I can say while there have been some tough seasons, a majority of my time here has been very positive, paid well, and made, many friends both at the rep level and management level. Tremendously blessed through this company.
