It's about sales, dummy. If your sales numbers are good: it doesn't matter how many hours or how "hard" you work.

We all realize that oftentimes it's luck: managed care, etc. But it is what it is. The sooner you realize that, the better for everyone.

Yeppers I just spent another Friday lunch hour at the asian rub and tug parlor. This little asian hottie works me harder than BMS has ever done.
