AZ rep here... My BMS rep never works and is always at home in the day. Other reps know it and we are checking on them daily and I would really like to give a heads up to there manager but they are tight. Rep is always to worried about soccer, baseball, etc... and its unreal they get away with it. I consider them a thief and hope there gig ends soon.

I cut out early practically every damn day of the week, and I have done it for so many years that I can't remember when I started!

True. BMS is the biggest ass Kissing company out there. If you are a good ass kisser you don't need to work or have good sales #'s to get ahead. Lots of half ass under performing reps and mgrs out there in promoted positions based on them putting their nose in somebodies crack.

When you walk into the offices, with you manager, always have a huge smile on your face, and greet the person by name. If the office worker doesn't know you, he or she will be too embarrassed to ask who you are!

Ain`t that the truth. These district trainers are the biggest crock of sh!t. The ones I have seen had mid to low sales figures but were good ass kissers and good at doing pointless special projects on the DMs command. LMFAO

I worked at Novartis, a small pharma company, and BMS. By far, the laziest people I worked with were at BMS. Everyone plays the game at BMS knowing that looking like you're doing something is much mopre important than actually doing something. Nothing personal against BMS people.....everyone in pharma is pretty lazy....but BMS was at another level of lazyness. BMS is like the government.....nobody wants to change there because everyone is so comfortable in the underperforming environment that they don't want to rock the boat.
