BMS Layoffs February 18

I just left around 2:30 and didn’t have to swipe to leave (got in before 8 a.m. and still had calls to do after I got home, so no comments about me being lazy)
Work is about performance, creativity and drive. Not being tracked minute by minute. Luckily the BMS LT and culture offers this flexibility, it keeps me happy even through these tough times.

Best guess…Hem and Onc merge into one division. All duplicate roles eliminated so home office, RBD’s, DBM’s will get hit hard. Guessing the field force goes from 7 sleeves (current total for both divisions) to 6 sleeves. It’s a toss up on which sleeve get the boot. So that’s my guess, but I’m rarely right on these things.

Whelp, looks like we now need to swipe our badges to exit PPK. Expect new office tracking metrics to come along to help with layoffs.
Please stop. This is immaterial when people are potentially losing their jobs. If you come to work three days and week and work a full day, neither of which is too much to ask, you shouldn’t be worried about this.

So if you are rarely right, why post this and stress everyone out? Kind of silly to share what you think it going to happen when you admit you are usually wrong.

Nobody knows anything, people need to stop panicking and just do their jobs while they apply outside. Whats going to happen is going to happen and can't happen any other way
