BMS Dismantling DEI Team

Cry and complain all you want, literally no one cares. I am a NJ resident and BMS employee who just voted for a republican for the first time in my life. It was not an endorsement of Trump but a rejection of the aggressive liberal polices of the democrats that have been forced down our throats day after day at BMS by senior leaders, discriminatory HR leaders and a host of newly minted 30 year old incompetent VPs. I hope we can find a way to get BMS in the new regime’s site because this place is deeply sick.
Your rejection is leading a path to such excellent candidates as cabinet secretaries. Amazing. Glad you voted for this. Now can you focus on your work.

You may be surprised.

If you had an open mind and had the ability to cut through the fog, you may see potential, or silver linings, considering local special interests are about to be left behind geopolitic's - and realpolitik's - dust.

If you are a real American, you wish the new government the best and hope for positive outcomes. You also recognize that America has bigger problems (the wealth gap, national debt, BRICS, climate change, AI disruption) than which pronoun we use on our email, or what happens to small relatively insignificant countries on other continents. And you would certainly recognize that defunding police and wide open borders and embracing an unwinding of Western Civilization (colonialism) given real, are insane positions, and won't win new votes. Do you expect each American taxpayer to pay for the whole World?

Will some of the prior administration's and Democratic party's policies end or change? Yes. Change is scary but a necessary part of growth.

And while some may suffer for it, there is no gain, without pain.
