Yes, contract over sept 2...but reps have opportunity to interview for their current position. They are strongly encouraged to do so and word is that majority, if not all, will be hired directly by BMS as they don't want any disturbance with current business.

what's going on with that contract; i just saw that BMS posted some new positions; are they looking to fill these positions or are the positions on back hold or something?

Those are the positions of reps let go in low producing territories. Those are the ones who had to fall on the sword, next fall won't be so easy for those of us who can't get our numbers up.

not true...the position on BMS website are not open. They were already taken by inventiv reps, who are now getting rolled over by BMS to fill the positions open on their website. By now everyone has already received an offer letter

I am not sure, but the new positions that were posted are for spots that were not filled by Inventiv Health representatives. I don't think it had anything to do with the sales rep numbers. I know a couple reps who didn't get rolled over from the contract after completing training. so they didn't even have a chance to sell in territory. I think these positions might be dumpy positions.
