Bloody Friday AGAIN!

the old saying, do more with less, the stress level is tremendous...

The "stress level" could be a little less IF the LCM's would take the time to pitch in and step up their own game.

Not only do some of them come in at the last moment they are out the door first too.

Before anyone comes on to bash this train of thought...remember this is just a look at a couple of LCM's like this. NOT all of them.

It's just to bad it is more often the case than not.

The lack of ongoing training of the LCM's by Rotech and their own lack of get up and go causes the most harm.

Speaking for myself, I must wholeheartedly disagree. When I am the last to enter, and the first to leave, it is for a good cause. There is dough to knead, sauce to mix, lottery tickets and beer to stock, just for starters. My having a 2nd business is actually a bonus for my location's employees, as I am far less likely to go bananas with the ongoing stress of the Rotech system. Those bananas DO come in handy in the back room, btw.

Yes there are some boneheaded LCM's but I think a huge reason of the Branches fall out are the know nothing AM's who only know to point their finger when things go wrong. Stress level is high because people are expected to do so much. An AM could not do the many things an LCM/CSR/SR's do on a day to day basis. That's a fact!!

Good point. Sure there are a couple that do not fit the mold and that being said, why are they not taking the needed action to provide ongoing education for their LCM/s that are in dire need of it ???

It goes back to your thought of them not being able to do the day to day work of any given location they are over.

The ongoing education of any staff helps any company in the short/long run.

As far as the cut back of staff, look around you when you enter any store you shop in.

There is not a great deal of people to serve your needs and frankly you most times spend more time looking for a clerk than you do shopping. It's not just a Rotech thing.

I guess we should all be happy that Rotech has taken so long to jump on that band wagon with their cut backs.
