QC and Lil Jake out - that is a good thing and long over due also old Phil B. What a waist of head count and spend on a big titles.

As for QC If we needed to litigate something our legal guy QC would call of a law firm and they would be hired to litigate something or fight for an old patent. His tenure here was like something out of office space- why not simply call the law firm when you needed legal representation as opposed to having yet another over paid VP on the pay roll making phone calls? Lil Jake was a train wreck for years and needed to go. The guy was a walking compliance violation himself.
