The Philly lawsuit has no teeth. I am sure Bio gave a better price to Einstein than Abbott so no matter what Abbott’s lawyers say Einstein/Dr M can fall back on making the decision based upon cost savings. Case closed, embarrassing I need to explain this.

Bio folks apparently could care less about the repeated ongoing NS/NS infractions and infringements, even if by the Philly amigos - they have deep pockets and they know wholeheartedly their fellows team, as always, will prop them to future successful endeavors with their ample revenue field contributions, making them shine

And Einstein is the only tip of the iceberg. Read the suit, 14 accounts, 50 sensitive documents, printing (mailing ?!)...how's that for teeth ? There, I fixed it for you.

Such an erroneous post, and what about non-compete and non-solicit violations you say ? He wasn't elusive, he is/was everywhere and anywhere in same accounts. It's so embarrassing that I need to keep fixing this for you.
