This is a pretty stupid post. First of all, Klea wouldn't want the job even if he was really up for it. Secondly, Shannon would never be RD. She was only a DM briefly at her old company. If JL is no longer an RD in the near future, it will be because they went from three to two RD's. She wouldn't be replaced with anyone. JL's favoritism with SB can only take her so far.

People - let's look at how everyone in ISF1 leadership are where they are. It's all because of politics and has nothing to do with their knowledge, experience, skills, etc. It's all about who is friends with who and who is liked/disliked & plays the game. What is exactly SB's job now that there are no IST's?

We also don't need this many DM's. Cut them in half. DM's should have 10-12 reps at a minimum. Many only have 7 or 8. Completely ridiculous.
