Couldn't disagree more. Who exactly fits that description? They took a group of our best and nicest TMs and they're in the process of pilfering more. Every one of us would leave if we get the chance. I can only assume that you're jealous they got out when they did. This place is a steaming shit being flushed down the toilet.

Sorry, I should have been much clearer. Coloplast is stockpiled with assholes. Based on your response, you may agree.

Ha. Glad you enjoyed.

Now that step 1 is complete, you'll start to see some incremental changes (change mgmt 101- 'quick, small wins'). I predict something like region realignment and a possible expansion of the sales team (if you're part of the 'revenue generators' maybe you can campaign to get out from under the drill Sgt). Also, exec mgmt will begin beating the 'we're a performance organization' drum. Charlotte, that means you won't be able to sand bag anymore, or at least for the next 6 months.
