Just when you think things are at their lowest, they make yet another dumb ass move. Unbelievable!!!
I really hope it's yet another metric so that the field sales morale continues to improve! All I know is that Veeva Suggestions and weekly emails to our customers are very valuable to our numbers. Top notch, BI! 
I think the biggest problem is the lack of any new products in the last 5+ years. Everything is outdated or flat. It’s been years coming. They needed new products years ago.
This IS exactly the issue..the innovation index in 2020 had BI had the cusp of yellow/red (not good), red being the worse. My guess is the owners will ride this milk cow for as long as they can and then sell off. It's a new playing field and this elite company has to invest more or sell.

BIPI is a paycheck & Pharma experience- they do not appreciate loyalty and the established lifers have already picked their successors. Established senior leadership is clueless, myopic, & self serving. They do not care anything about their team. Training is a joke- at least it’s easy.
