Gee, thanks mom! It' getting better. We're expanding,wow! There are managers who have five reps, and we need to add another region? Now that's a waste of resources and adds nothing to the bottom line!
 






Keep bitching, it will take you really far in life. You need to understand what it means to do the right thing. Do you expect everything to change all at once? After 2 years of lousy management why don't you try some patience and try to be someone who makes things better versus tears things apart. Maybe that's advice your mother should have given you long ago. So glad to help you.
