Those days are over. The robot now logs cases electronically. We no longer manually add cases. No clue what this EP is talking about. Only thing I can think of is that he's referring to capital sales for the quarter.

Ponder this one for a while. Even when cases were entered manually and there was a proliferation of ghost cases the field techs still went out verified actual cases via the computer on the robot. So I doubt the manually added cases were the ones actually reported to Wall Street and all the financials as "final" numbers.

WRONG !!! If that were the case, I would not have been summoned by the largest SEC law firm out of San Francisco to provide clarification on the large disparity in case volumes.

Or the emails and records of Field Engineer reports that I was sent. It's only matter of time. People always dignify things like this with "crazy, disgruntled" ex-employees. Ever think that people left bc of the toxic environment that was built and maintained on bs? Keep defending those guys who don't give 2 dumps about you.
