If you want serious answers then you need to listen.
Give us realistic goals.
Let us know in a timely matter and believable reports.
Get rid of DMs that are dragging us down that have many HR issues (you know who they are), it's bad for morale.
Don't tweak our bonus, we know what we should have and so do you.
Some Answers:
1. Goals are set by Mylan and divided into a territory number; its just Math
2. Rpts are IMS and HHC- IMS is Fast and HHC is slow... thats life, but the No.s are close
3. Managers are here to manage up or out... do well UP, do bad OUT- very clear!
4. HR issues are not a concern, reps must sell or be managed out, this is now the industry
5. Bonus- there is one rep in each territory- your numbers are yours! The (Best Numbers) best reps or P-Club Reps, Mgrs, and Directors over past 2 yrs have stayed! This is a fact! That is why the company does not care if you leave or stay cause reps with best numbers have stayed. Look at the top reps, who has left?
