well I left because the management here sucked surprised so many reps stay? Reps were good...but pay, benefits with this company suck and managers know it! HR is horrible, low ball offers and lies to get you on the cheap, comes back to bite them!

lol, Well lets see the hematology/hemostasis side of the fence for how small it is, way over produced this year. Enough said there!! All the manager on this side of the fence are pretty good, I can't believe I just said that for the first time on here. Most of the time I would bash the crap out of useless, ladder climbing dimwits but I haven't seen any yet.

Now the training needs a shot in the ass though! Please keep the big pharma training back at sales 101 for reps that are new and don't have a clue. We all know how well the big pharma sales model did in the last 10 years.

The best manager I've had is now retired. He led by example. He also was confident in his abilities so he didn't feel threatened by his subordinates.
