I have read a lot of negative posts on this site regarding poor management, what seems to be a lot of bullying tactics. I have just left a very hostile environment and cannot enter another one. I work hard and am very committed to giving 100%, but management plays a huge part of the work atmosphere, if the atmosphere in Virginia is not a good one, then I don't want to proceed and waste anyone's time. Thanks for an honest response .
