Horrible access problems in the northwest coupled with large clinic systems working to keep reps out to keep costs low for insurance guaraneeing them 90% generic usage or dr pay is affected. Your a caterer for pa's and NP's then its degrading

Feeling degraded bringing lunch to pas & nps is all about ego & not at all the problem being discussed nor should it be a primary concern or area of focus when assessing all the BS being slung at forest.incompetent bad leadership and a marketing dept that provides nothing relevant have nothing to do with degradation.

I use to think there was one, and I was holding out hope that I would eventually locate "the great white buffalo" but unfortunately there are none. Just when you think you have located said mythical creature on their natural habitat, you are informed that they have b@nged one of their reps or are bribing other reps from divisions to transfer and they will compensate them with 300 Frx points and high FTE's. very true about manson - a true leader who can influence a bunch of mindless zombies. but I see him as more of an RD or ABD. When it comes to a DM there's no competition for Dahmerm. He can tear apart a territory to see the good and bad parts. He can dissect a sales message piece by piece and will rip a doctor to shreds when challenged. And yes, dare I say it, but one time during a field ride he simply at that doctor for lunch.
